“Uova e Tramezzi” is the name of a category of recipes that emerged from a monitor belonging to the digital heritage of the Jewish Museum of Bologna. The transmission of a culinary secret is the trigger of the project that Giuseppe De Mattia develops in the spaces of the museum. In a place dedicated to historical memory, the artist drops a dream that highlights the interference of the unconscious in the construction of memory.
