"Uova e Tramezzi" is the name of a category of recipes that emerged from a monitor belonging to the digital heritage of the Jewish Museum of Bologna. The transmission of a culinary secret is the trigger of the project that Giuseppe De Mattia develops in the spaces of the museum. In a place dedicated to historical memory, the artist drops a dream that highlights the interference of the unconscious in the construction of memory.

All works proposed by Banquet remain in the ownership of the artists and are selected according to curatorial and research criteria developed through lasting collaborations between the gallery and its artists. The works proposed are often the result of exclusive productions conceived for specific exhibition projects, including shows realised at Banquet Gallery, and as such carry the full weight of an artistic process built on shared vision and long-term commitment.
